fraps.... no way.
davidm, its auto configured at 25 fps for movies...
its just the compression
i frapped about 5mins of 2.4c snippet for AxMurdaBoy and it was huge
damn i frapped Sina falling out of a tree.. having to exporting it into a SWF because it was huge

Fraps is fine if you use it properly, though its not as good as dumpframes.

dumpframes takes too long if you want it in high quality.
If you record with Fraps on 30 fps and Half-size, you get great quality. Afterwards, you compress it in VirtualDub and then you'll get 10 MB for 4 minutes with very good quality.
