Yeah maybe Henry did over react (it's hard to judge), but anyway he WAS fouled by Carvalho --> Penalty.

what does that have to do with anything, so he plays for Arsenal so what? Ronaldo is also a diving fag and he plays for United.

Whether he dived after the contact was made or not is completely irrelevant (he obviously did). The fact is contact was made and so a penalty had to be awarded. To not award one would be a dereliction of duty by the referee.
It's interesting that you pick up on Henry's actions but completely ignore the far greater amount of diving from the Portugese. Ronaldo dived every time a French player game anywhere near him but you don't seem to have a problem with that.
