The changes lists are quite big, and we need these releases to test this stuff properly. Otherwise we kick out a big release and it's all not properly balanced.

Actually, for an established mod I think little and often releases are better than big trumpted ones - it shows you're active, you get playtesters practically for free and it's good feedback in what to change. For a new mod it's similar, but you've gotta be weary of pushing your fanbase away - and you've got to make sure it's BLATANTLY OBVIOUS it's a work in progress or people start getting the wrong idea and believe it's the polished, finished article. Anyhow, this is fine in our community, since it's unlikely we'll attract many newbies anyway (considering the smallish playing community for UT2004, which'll shrink more over time anyway).
