because some server admins are morons. ^^
or the server's used for invasion aswell as db.

p.s. i've downloaded bigger files with 56k in the past.

No patience?! Biggest file ive d/l on 56k so far is ~560mb, so patience I have; time I don't =)

If you find the time, it's worth it. Plus you'll find a lot of maps are using stuff from the bonus pack. They also included a lot of textures and stuff not found in any of their maps.

i had to download 3 gig of stuff when i was on my 56k -_- in total i grabbed over 30 gig of stuff on 56k
