It uses a big bicycle like controller that you have to pedal on. It also has a fan that blows harder on you the faster you go.

I would have edited but then no-one would know there was anything new.

Air Combat 22 is listed as being released in 1995, so obviously not. :p

Seems it's a Super System 22 game. My mistake.
