not much to say really... good idea for new time protection

only comment is that u can still get the problem with the Keeper change for new round
i.e. if the old keeper unchecks and then no1 else picks keeper; then it can sometimes pick a new keeper rather than the old one. This can cause the delay/3 second wait again...

i noticed both of them.
the duelcube thing is ok, i'll bug goldy about keeper switch again
