Adventure game quote help

If anyone has stumbled across an old game with a man repeatedly saying "Show me the way to go home, Im tired and I want a cup of tea".... please say. its a matter of life and death and a lot of money and im willing to pay out if someone tells me.

PSX era type game... point and click i believe.
