I would hope he beats the stuffing out of his brother for what he did to his reputation. I know I would be embarassed and livid if this was the case and it happened to me.
reminds me of my counterstrike days, whenever anyone got caught hacking, it was always thier brother, cousin, mum, dog, long lost distant relative, etc

Like the SPEWS fiasco http://theregister.co.uk/content/6/32231.html , we can block his whole ISP's IP block to remedy it since he can't seem to prevent his UT ID from being the one responsible for ruining public games.
There are registry tricks to make UT inoperable/reenabled to keep less saavy people from running the game/playing online. I strongly suggest his clanmates and/or friends support this guy to educate him on putting a stop to the BS.
