Could someone please help me? This level is giving me a hard time, I don't understand what the level means by "CAisO" and "DEisZ"

I am out of ideas. I have even recreated the entire sheet in a virtual piano with no help apart from some ''extra'' notes. Could I PM somebody for some help?
