Impossible to do as a German who has little to no clue nor interest about the specific cultural aspect that was needed to solve this, and there isn't even a hint what kind of knowledge you need for this. Opposed to the user above me, I thought the cultural obstacle was massive. Get yourselves a friend from that country and ask them. You only need the two hints at the beginning of this thread, and what user tichy said.

I don't think you need to have any deeper cultural knowledge. Even as an non-english-person you might have heard that word before. Besides, you can solve with just doing as allready suggested: answer hint 1, answer hint 2, look at the image and do a little processing on the answers, combine and you have the word.

Good approach, especially for non-native English speakers... (I had to come to the forum because I was already seeing cats in the picture, symptom of overthinking.. and also found some funny eggs)

Hmm... I'm not a native English speaker. I did find two hint pages, and even received 100 bonus points for a guess. Still don't know what to do with the first word of the title, or the number of ripped parts, or the name of the button.

Edit: Got it, thanks to some hints from a kind person on Discord. Language wasn't so much a problem, cultural differences were.

FYI - there is an answer to this level that will lead you down a rabbit hole. If you somehow find yourself researching (m)IRC protocols and trying to pull a User list via editing the proxy settings of your computer... it is not needed (yet I assume >_<)
