I've been banging my head against this one as well for a couple days now as well, and I'm running out of ideas here. I've tried to search things associated with the title in various ways, searching for correlations between the picture and the title, trying to decode the number hint thing in the source code, and nothing is jumping out as relevant. I feel like I'm grasping at straws. Is anyone still out there to bounce ideas off of, or get a slight nudge in the right direction?

i don't get the need to include red herrings. if david's truthful about his desire to have everyone solve notpron, y put them there? isn't getting the method and making the connections enough of a task? at this point, i'm quite sure he just wants to wreak chaos.
