I think I understand how the numbers relate to the usernames and passwords, but I don't understand how I'm supposed to get letters from those numbers. Whenever I try to get letters in a different way, it always just comes out as random letters even if I invert it. Can someone help me?

I'm completely stuck, I've already filled 3 entire pages with reasoning that didn't take me anywhere, I've already discovered the inverting part, but I don't know how to proceed anymore
