i searched a little bit and found out these, according to google:
Great Audacity alternatives for Chromebooks are web-based tools like Soundtrap, BandLab, and Wavacity

I just Googled one; try https://editor.audio (If for some strange and unforeseen reason you wish to speed up the audio—no idea why you would though—you can do it with Effect>Change_Speed and just spam that)

With a lot of difficulty, perhaps. Notpron is designed to be played on a computer, there are many levels unsolvable on a mobile.
