Actually Fooman is simply attempting to employ a socio-psych tactic V3 has used for a long time now. He's trying to undermine our confidence in our own abilities, as well as anger us by saying we're not the best, which every member knows we are. Honestly I have to give him a hand, he had me going for a while til I realized what he was doing.
Why would we play a self-proclaimed "title" match in which we have nothing to gain? Since when has V3 cared what you self-proclaimed "leaders" of the American community think of us? I'm sorry that we're not high self--monitors, but frankly I couldn't give two shits what half of you people think about me or my clan. It's a game I play to have fun and have friends, not impress people I don't like.
Like I've said before, we're happy to scrim Rush Blue anytime. If you think we're scared to play them, then tell me why Foo or anybody hasn't PMed me for a scrim yet despite my numerous offers.

That's why i suggested the 'go tagless for a month' idea, because there is nothing on the "line" besides so called bragging rights.
I'm not taking sides in any of this, but some people are certainly turning it into a popularity contest. V3 calls themselves the best and so does RusH blue. I'd just like see a quality match played out by the 2 best clans around, plain and simple. I say enough with the talk and play.

Since when does losing to a clan by 1 goal put them on your level? As I recall, we absolutely destroyed rush blue in the first game, as well as any subsequent scrims we had. Does a night in which you're plagued by lag problems really demand this much fuss?
Well no offense to Rush or anyone else, but I have to go with V3 on this one. The way the DBL is set up the team with the most goals scored wins. Now I think there should be a championship game or playoff or whatever in future seasons, but its not in this one so V3 wins by the rules. V3 has no reason to play a title match when they have already won. I know V3 is confident they could win (when have they ever not been overly confident about anything ) but why risk their title when they don't have to. I know it sucks for Rush to have the best record and still lose, but that is what the rules of the league are. Mehaps this situation will help to change future seasons, but until then, congrats to V3.
