I aswell got sick of playing DBW-Test over and over again, so i went ahead and made my own DBW map. not completly finished with it, but im gettin there. Suggestions perhaps? thanks.
Also the name is just a temp. name untill i think of something better.

i was already thinking that, just havent really got an idea on WHAT to put. i was accually hoping to get ideas for that area. :P

hey ATB! not seen you on these forums in a while!

Nice to see people working on DBW maps...

one way of introducing elevation variety might be to have a walkway along the walls (eg a guard patrol route) accessible by a staircase in each half of the map. This would keep within the theme of the map too.

You might want to consider putting some kind of protection up there as it would be quite exposed

lol yeh right :p

gg ATB, one more suggestion tho (altho im not sure if it wud be a smart move) is make the fences on the outside and inside of the upper walkway higher, and make the outside fence higher than the inside one and give it a 45 degrees curve inside at the top.

That way the ball could be shot at that, so the people on there are neither exposed nor invulnerable...or would that be too easy?

the only problem with making a fence instead of a wall, would be that my map has to end somewhere. and i used to have fences in there, and it didnt really look right.. heh

Well my map basicly finished, just fixin my radar, and the skybox. Then i have a few people testin my map with me..so we'll see how that goes.

HELP MEH! My skybox seems to work for me, and no one else. and i dont understand what i did wrong, my subtracted walls are all fake backdrop, i have both a zoneinfo and skyzoneinfo. someone tell me what im supposed to do :P
