Thats a guide on How To Install the client, and connect to the server, I sugest you use the iRO client and iRO sakray patch that are linked there, for they are english, plus kRO seems to give problems atm, downside @ iRO, U will miss some maps.
However, that server sucks, so I got something to add:
Once you completed the How To Install guide and you can play the game, go to ragnarok online/data folder you where supposed to make, and open the chro.xml with Notepad
and then U should see a part saying:

This is a "better" server which is still being build up to a great server, it's almost never down, and fun.
Whenever u start the Ragexe shortcut you made, U now see 3 servers, the server I play on is Tubber, which is a cool server!
