This is a map I've always enjoyed playing. Not getting much feedback on the NA forums so I added it here for more exposure.

Here is a poor screenshot, but it gives you an idea of what your downloading. The flares are part of the goal effects and are not present during gameplay.

Great, I was looking for this one! :D
Temple was one of the most popular maps when we had it on our Aussie server, after the server was formatted though, the admin didn't bother putting it back on. Definately gonna review this one when a real final release is made. ;)

Not many seem to bother to post comments on maps. I was disappointed putting it up on my server didn't produce any feedback for you. I don't get much either. I get a lot of comments in-game, which I have trouble reading, but not as many posts on the forums as I would like. It's sad.

Scotteh - your map is rockin, I dig the eyeball now shooting out the emitter (when its not bugged of course.) but other then that I don't think theres any problems with it. I havnt checked if you can still stand on the torches that was the only gimp ni it before when people got all lame and wanted to try and showboat.. but even then that was no biggy. good job man.

I checked Out the map so I right a small review about it now:

The Map

So the Map mostly takes place in an Egyptian Style world, which is rare in the Deathball Community (The only ones I know are DB-Chamber and DB-Globe) The map is absolutely a remade version of Smallcube. Same size (I hope my eyes are correct), and same volleywhore madness. So let's dig into it:

The Design

The design is nice, althought imho it has some weeknesses (Did I said that  ) So, first of all, I have to admit that the map looks really nice. The Meshes are well used, and the effects outside (pyramids) also give u a good felling. I only had two problems, which is maybe me, and the friggin mapper inside :blabla: So first of all, the variety of the walls is... well... not too much. Smae little windows everywhere, same posts stuffs like that. The Other one is that the wall texture looks pretty damn empty to me, and this annoyes me a little bit :hmmmz: But in overall, I think the Design is well done, and the map has a relly good FPS rate.

The Gameplay

Don't have to talk about the gameplay much... it is the same as SC. Althought there are some changes, for example, the ball can't get out on the left and right side of the court (or it can, but it has a relatively small chance) but it has a bigger chance to get out on the ends of the court. This is no problem, and as I said before, same as SC.

The Mappers Atention

The Mappers atention to the map is really goddamn good. First oif all, I thought The ball could get lost up on the walls... this would be a really bad point... but the mapper has made this inmpossible with some volumes, and those who just wanna climb those walls should think about playing the game coz another volume stups the from getting up. :p

Overall Points

The Design: 10/8
The Gameplay: 10/7
The Originality: 10/6
The Mappers Atention: 10/9
The Overall: 10/7.5

The Over-Overall

The map is a must for all DB players. It looks, and plays good. If u want SC with some historical lessons... i dunno why u haven't downloaded it yet :D

Yeah that would be cool, even if only for the Deathball Ownage Map Pack, since my time is starting to get kinda limited. After the pack is released I'll probably write my own reviews of any maps you do, just so I can stick them up with the others I've done so far. In addition to this, I'll probably have a review on request thread, just for general reviewing (which means I could be reviewing some bad maps as well as good).

EDIT: By the way, check your PMs.
