u guys ever been to a mirror-house? i guess most of you know what i mean, its basicly when u stand somewhere there are alot of mirrors surrounding you so people could think youre standing somewhere else. I remember a UT map CTF-Dday-Extreme and it had mirrors and instead of shooting i was doing the leet poses infront of it because i luved it . Anyway how about this for a DBW map? no radar ofcourse
i tried to build a mirror with the db camerascript and a scripted texture, but it worked not so well.
you cant adjust the camtrack mark that it straight faces the player who is standing infront of the mirror.
Originally posted by Angel_Mapper There's a Mirror check box in the Surface Properties, but you need to set UseStencil to True in the UT2003.ini file for them to show up. Keep in mind that if the people downloading your map don't set that to True (it's False by default) they won't see it.
it is possiblee to do a mirror that will just reflect one layer deep, however, to do a true wall of mirrors (neverending amount of reflections, bla bla bla) will use a neverending amount of CPU power, so its basically not possiblee to make a true hall of mirrors
