heres my latest map, i was going for the cell shaded look on this one but it came out so so i think, i need to work on some goal events still and hopefully change some textures, feed back is always welcome

Nice Scotteh. I like the floor textures but the wall texture looked a little fuzzy. Not a bad texture, just a little too blury. I also think the room need a few more shadows to match the outside. It just seemed a little too bright all over (more darker spots or contrast in the lighting). Might be my settings, hope other comment to help you out. Keep an eye on FPS.
I like the map. The outside visuals are very good. Nice work. Look forward to this one. I'll get the beta up soon on my server.

I was very exited when I saw the name of the map, since I like Greek architekture. But After I saw the map itself, One of my eyes where laughting, and the other was crying.
First of all, The maps theme, is pretty new, and original (althought the big Greek Posts (or what) are from Tribun I guess) But the Courts Layout is not really new... smallcube fans would really like thisone, Since it is a really good enhanced version of it. So the layout it not really original,but its still good.
The maps Graphics are nice. Althought The inside doesnt give back that Greek feeling. Althought there arent any really nice eyecandys in it, it is still a nice map... But the one thing I'm crying about here, is the outer side of the building... that place is well done, nicely put together but... U will actually never see that part of the map... it is well done, but I had to use the Ghost cheat to take a look at it...
I like the Skybox... or the outerworld of the map. It gives that Spooky "Hear the Words of Zeus!" feeling
I think its well done with the lightnings and their sounds! :p
The lightning looks interesting... I mean there are some lightproviders on the walls... that is good... but from where the hell does the red and blue lights come? Outa that four wierd stuffs on the ceiling? well, if yes, there has to be some work done, like putting Coronas there or sth, or one more light in each of the wierd stuffs. The light shoiuld have higher brightness, but much lower radius.
Overall, I think the map is nice. With some work, It could be really boosted up. I'm waiting for the Final :p

yep, i've been asking a lot of people what i should add inside the building cause i think it looks really bare, and as i said before, the lighting inside the building is temp and will be changed, including the textures on the walls.
edit: i also agree that you should be able to see the outside of the building but right now i don't know how to do this...maybe instead of reg goals, just have an opening in the wall, (kinda like db-dragonisle) this way you can see the outside, any suggestions on this?

This is a fun map that plays well.
However, like Mayer.hun, I think you should be able to go outside somehow...yet also like Mayer, I have no idea how to do it
I thought about taking away the goals and spawning people outside, but that would be rediculously tedious IMO.
If you are going to let people outside though, there are some "seams" I'll call them on the outside walls. On either side of the goalposts, spaced a little distance apart. Probably easily fixed though.
Also, some of the pillars make metal sounds when they're walked on, and others make generic stone-type sounds. Minor thing, but hey.

If you would build the Parthenon as it is in its current state(kinda like a ruin) then you wouldn't have to add windows. The inner wall is almost completely gone(as you can see on the picture).

Use movers tied to the goal events to allow player outside only after a goal. That way they can go anywhere without trouble. Too many idiots would ruin a match otherwise. I would suggest a gate in the back of the goal as a mover. Score a goal and it opens letting the scoring team run around until the reset.
But if U can go out for 14 seconds after a goal... u won't really have enought time to have fun actually... 
Most of the servers have Fast Goal option, so there is no celebration at all, and u really have no time to take a lok outside...
I think, If u remake the map, with the ruin style, both problems would be solved. The map would look nice, u can look out, and u see whats outside. U don't need windows at all. The only problem would be the Volley option, but I think iT's worth a try
