And you can't pick up all the bags to guess which is heaviest?

Meaning you can only take one measurement. So it shows the measurement for a moment, then shuts off.
You should only need to make one measurement to figure out which bag has the 1.001g marbles.
@jooly, I don't know about you, but I can't pick up a bag and tell if there's a 0.1g difference in mass

and all the bags and marbles look the same etc? And you don't have a handy plank to race marbles down?

Ah, so you can take the empty bag, put all the other bags in a row and take one marble from the first, two from the second etc.
Then weigh the bag - the number after the decimal point will tell you which bag contains the heavier marbles.
