I've been playing this for ages, and finally I reached this level...
And I'm definitely pis*ed off with the paying stuff. I don't have a paypal account, and I think it'd be annoying to have to create an account just for this...
Is there any other way around this level? I have analyzed the taxinfo page for any hint and I've come to nothing :s

only way around is to pay.. you can email Davidm and ask about alternative ways to pay.

AND if you read the taxinfo page there is other ways of paying. Like I said.. contact DavidM. He's the one that controls that. Not me.
