Neither of you are responsible for what happened with the time line. That beast could not be distroyed by one person, it can only be altered, and that is what it did, just before you killed it's physical being Archangelica.

Now, that beast seperated into dozens and dozens of seprate life forms that then went about their merry way causing disturbances in the time line, making cracks in it, which caused the tigers to die. It planned to do this even before Angelica's attack as it knew we had plans to gather together to combat it.
