a)i removed den from that pickup as the pickupstarter and i wanted to play together (it was a vs pickup, so just 2 attack spots). so he could have just restarted the pickup over and over untill we're both in attack. he already did that once, and to prevent that pickup restart spammage i removed den as he wouldn't remove himself after i asked him to (and i also told him why he should).
b) he also kickbanned me from spec, when i rejoined after he had kicked me for the first time and i had asked what happened. thus he agreed with the consequence i told him before in a joke, the ban of 23 from #dbpickup (he also said he agrees with that right before the kickban). to sum it up, he really asked for that ban of 23, and i know banning nicks is lame, but it is quick, den wasn't in the channel at that time and i had to go. and if you followed the events in #dbpickup you should have noticed that den's ban expired at about 1am...
