By the way in the latest beta the screens in Cube don't work anymore...They are just black and flickering...A bit like Channel 5...

Nice Diab..
Insteade of the pass lock dots, why not show volley/boost radius in there?
edit: just saw DavidM's one..isn't really visible now is it? O_o
It's probably compression..anyway, I only see one circle if correct..what happened to team boost and enemy/volley distance? :< also make at least one of them (or just 1 ring if that's all you're gonna be using) thicker.

its hard to get all the volley and kick radii in there
friendly boost radius is 250
enemy boost radius is 200
keeper volley 200
friendly field player volley 290
enemy field player volley 260
so we'd have 4 rings there, bit too confusing

Hmm..I'm wondering if the crosshair can be changed for the one that's keeper?
Also..if I'd have to choose between two rings..I'd personally pick friendly boost and enemy field volley ranges =\
/me shoves his class implementation thing forward again..
Seriously..if you could pick in the Deathball menu what position you'd play, you can have class-specific crosshairs (with different ranges), different models, less spawn-fuckups and less keeper-physics fuckups =/
And if some1 decided to enter a wrong class or whatever, no1 will be fuxxed (physics etc. are all the same)

we will certainly not implement that
differences are too small, and you can impossible use that thing for volleying, its way too fast, you just need a feeling for it

that makes no sense at all.
that means, when you fire a ball, the enemy has this certain radius to volley the ball. friends have a higher one.

Another thing, the goal posts in the vicinity radar keep changing colour - from a light colour to a darker one.

yeah i find one of the 2 posts in the centre radar go odd sometimes and one of them goes dark green, bit like the alphas pooing about or something.
fixes if i spin the mouse fast XP

I've noticed the post thing too.
Why don't you guys change the crosshair in the .ini? That's what I've done. Shame I can't do anything about the colour though. >.<

Please dont make just 1 crosshair, just make the ut2k4 ones selectable. and yea i had the 2k3 original circle crosshair size modified in the ini to make it boost radius and volley radius too.
and whoever says the vinicity radar sucks, bah, i use it frequently.

lol..thought you meant the volley radius in enemy half..nevermind, I wondered about since when this was different
