spymac allows you to nominate an account to which all your mail is automatically forwarded (eg gmail or whereever you want)

might be handy for some people who want to keep a backup of their email somewhere

make sure the checkbox that says "Automatically parse URLs: automatically adds and around internet addresses. " under the posting box (newreply.php) is checked. then post email address.

gmail is much better...
hotmail = 2mb
gmail = 1gb
spymac = 1gb

hotmail = untargeted banners
gmail = small targeted text links
spymac = dunno

gmail is faster and cleaner than hotmail too.

i heard hotmail were upping their standard storage to 250mb now

PS: I'm not a fanboy but spymac also gives 250mb photo storage, 100mb webspace, blog, forum, gallery and something called iCaL Hosting (I have no idea what that is)

Gmail: I'm not 100% sure I like the 'conversation style' interface yet.. at least the interface is clean.

gmail reads your email, but I wont be using it much probably anyway.
