personally I think killing him would achieve little. It may just turn him into a martyr.

i'd say its better to use him as a political tool to demoralise his supporters who still fight in Iraq.

He wudn't care about death, simply because he would be..err.. dead.

Seeing death as a simple way of eliminating an organism without shallow hopes and ideas of an afterlife, it's what suits him best.

I think jail makes him suffer more then death.. like messy said, he would be dead. I wish we could torture >_<
