and erm davidm, trouble is with 1-4 is the pX, RR and DP lame game of keeping a hanger which takes the piss.

keep - sweep - anchor/mid - attack - attack is the win for newb clan, get into training court, practice sweeping, get better, got for a keep - sweep - attack attack attack

after a while getting better keep - attack x4 with good boosting back (also watch out for goalhangers) cuz it will ruin it.
