turns out that after he formatted he got infected with some dodgy virii/trojans etc.

Yeah, agreed with relik that they did a good job, rather restrict my access for a day and inform me of the situation, letting me fix it so i can get back on track than to let viruses spread further :p
and appearently i should've known earlier, since they announce problems like this when you log in but since i use 3rd party software that does that for me i never get those announcements but meh, it's fixed now :p
