most of my friends love db (and got attracted to it) because it's such a team game.
imo.. thats the type of noobs we should want to attract.. not more egos.
there will always be ppl who will not liekthe game.. thats fine.. the point is to attract the type of ppl who would like it.. for the right reasons.

id play pubs once in a while, but when i check the server list and every server is on smallcube... well theres no fun in that.

its just an idea, but maybe tv should integrate 2 versions, the arcade for non-serious fun playing, and the "simulated" version for serious playing. I know it could be a hard work, or?

Well, 2.2 is kinda perfect for a good Teamplay so i don't think that broomtrick ( except that u still can do it just with lmb passes) could help the community.
The only thing i don't like David is the self volley power limit in 5on5, and you know i'm a sweeper, so i don't say this to encurage the self vo shot, just becouse i used sometime to make long passes with self vo after boucing the ball, and now it sux...
The one said pubs are dead couse #dbpickup channel, well i think we should try to bring beginners in that channel, becouse only playing pickup u can really learn to play db and have fun with it, once u got the bases..
And another thing, if u really want to bring the community up, start to play db again, i see many many idlers in db channels...

why move the mountain?
most of the people who claim to be 'pros' dont play on public servers.
its relatively easy to fill a public server by joining and playing a couple of games, weve managed to do it with the juice rotation server for most of last week. play some pub games whilst waiting for the next omg leet pickup to start
