Everybody calm down a bit, I think we should establish that this is for nominating people rather than voting... if anyone has anyone new to nominate go ahead (for the english team rather than a UK one). I'd suggest not turning this into a flamewar.

IMO coaching involves selecting a team, working with them to sort out tactics and strategies, and motivating them. Then if any adjustments need to be made in game to adapt the formation or sub players those decisions are taken by the coach. It's not a one-man operation, but the dude who's elected to lead the team has the final decision . Just my opinion though.

EDIT: you _could_ do laps on november . Authentic english weather too

Well my clan members seem to like the way I do things but in my opinion I'm not experienced enough to be coaching the best of England!

The topic does say this thread is about the team too so I'd like to put myself forward for that and I'd also like to offer up our server if its any use to anyone for this international competition thing

Yeah, on DB-November. You see, the Deathball team had this national coaching thing planned ALL along.
