it is my fault, because originally I added that latency to prevent it....
then i saw it in 1.5 and was wondering why it was there and made a coder remove it.....
now i know what i was there -_-
i wasnt too dumb when i originally came up with it

ppl in australia abuse n00b cannon like nothing else, and have come to be very good at them. the most notable thing they do now is side n00b cannons where the ball is dribbled out parallel to the goal and they can still put it in the top corner very hard to defend against. n00b cannons are killing deathball in australia, plz at least give us a 1.6b or something.
