its still there, but it takes 1 second until you can kick the ball (before you could kick it immediately)

Please don't make normal shot more effective, it's effective enough. Would be a pain in the @$$ for keepers to take shots.

Normal shots and less able keepers...1.7 is will see goalkeepers giving up all hope and leaving...As if they aren't an endangered species how it is...

i do it in 1.6 all the time but its not really a n00b cannon cause i usually spike the ball at ~30% power, jump up behind it and hit it without a speed loss and it takes more than 1 second. But i;v always done this, it aint new.
