would be a lot easier, everybody posting a pic of his one ....other than everybody searching everybodys town in that program

Don't have google earth. My poor old PC dies a little bit more with every new program ...

..though tbh, the whole idea of using google earth is that you can navigate, zoom in, look around to get a real idea of it all, and quickly and easily get the main landmarks pointed out etc.

It might have also been nice to have a database of where notpr0n/db people live

Yeah some maps suck ;p I had the convenience of being just on the edge of a pretty decent scan/picture/whatever.

there are high and low resolution areas in google earth
the high resolution one starts less than 1 km away from here -_-
tbh its cutting right through the middle of saarbrücken...and it only shows the boring half of it
