seahawks.. such bad losers
A friend of mine posted this on another forum. I can't say it any better.. so I'll copy and paste it here.
"i personally like both teams but i have to agree. your going to have people saying we are just sore losers but i am going on the record saying that i liked both teams equally but the refs did screw us on the calls. rothlisberger never made the ball break the endzone marker!!!! he was at least 4-8 inches from it. his helmet and shoulders where in but the ball never crossed and its the ball that has to be accross. next, hasselbeck made a perfectly legal tackle in the open field not a low hit on a blocker. next stephens or jackson, i dont remember which that was a crap call in the endzone about offensive pass interfierence. seahawks very well could have lost the game anyways but the refs sure didnt do their job correctly today. dissapointing."
I responded in total agreement with him. I wouldn't be upset about the game.. had plays been called correctly. I would be up in arms if the results were reversed.

you do realize that the ball only has the touch the white line, it doesn't have to go over it to count as a td. from the footage shown it looked like it had a very good chance of crossing it but it was kinda inconclusive therefore the refs made a good call. for the call about the pass interference in the end zone on the seahawks, that was a bad call but despite that call the steelers still would've came out on top i believe
I voted for Steelers
Well, here in Portugal the only thing we get to watch from american football is the SuperBowl and i like to watch it. I dig american football, much more interesting than rugby imo, there's more thought into it, from my point of view.
Anyway, none of them are even remotely popular here, we only care about football and rink hockey which is the only sport we are really really good at.
And i also must say i like sports in USA, they really know how to make a good show out of it.
