re: smart reset
if the ball touches:
Team A charges-> Team A -> out :::: respawn @ Team B
Team A charges -> Team B -> out :::: respawn @ Team B
this means, when the ball u charge gets reset (doesnt matter by who), your team loses the ball.
can anyone think of how this can be abused? 
 
 
well prii you told it would disturb you that it would be unfair but lets have a look at this situatuion: 
Team a charges and shoots right onto the goal -> some kewl blue defender jumps into it and it deflects into the outside
if then the ball would spawn at team B it is kinda unfair 2 because team a didnt lose the ball or it wasn't intercepted imo just shot against him....hmm...mayb this is kinda unfair...discussable^

				Ok, the 3/4 year old sucker is fully designed now and will hopefully soon be done 

It will open up some new things and I think it doesn't allow any abuse.
Will at first be missbalanced maybe and have some bugs, but that's why it's beta then anyway.
The radius is a good bit smaller than the volley one....and you can suck at players so not let them go... xD
They can just kick you away with the hammer though.
And if it works, you can suck yourself to the level geometry...can be put to use somewhere maybe...probably not, but it just needs to be there to make sense.

Maybe some good ideas and so on but imho you should be just looking to have a stable working non buggy version for some time 

 before messing with it again.
It's the same with anything you create, do too much at once and you'll end up ruining and taking steps back not forward !!

its probably best to add all new ideas first before even attempting to make it properly balanced... but at the same time... for the sake of keeping 'beta testers' happy. Yes, fixing bugs shud be a priority as well...
