f this is the case, DavidM should be ashamed of hismelf...Isn't it more rewarding to score a goal past a good keeper who is on top of his game, rather than a weak (or delibrately hindered) one?

on the topic of keeping, i feel that if anything keeping should be improved so that people will find it slightly easier and more fun to keep :/ all the time in publics i have witnessed people leaving goals and nearly all shots that are made, go in. :rolleyes:

I think the keeper scenario atm is good, it seems to be balanced reasonably well... (I don't/rarely play anywhere else (maybe to my demise)

Having not played 1.7beta I have yet to experience and comment on that particular issue, although I will add that I never use the dodge to save a shot on goal, only to hop out to get the ball just outside of the penalty area. (If I'm feeling brave) but that's just how I keep. Personally I believe that dodge 'keeping' is a little precarious to say the least.
