textures are the only thing bound to powers of 2, everything else can be weird numbers.

using weird numbers for brushes is damn bsp unhealthy
just stay on the grid then it's fine
so not necessarily powers of 2
but go in 128, 64, 32 or 16 unit steps

the gameplay in this map has no potential imo

no thats what i ment is combinations of poweres of 2...
Technically 3000 works because ANY EVEN NUMBER is scalable to 2.

u played it? so far most of the people have told me they liked it a lot better after playing it, than looking at the screenshots
(and apart from that, nobody wants more basic cube maps)
and i've started (and almost finished) a new map also.........and ummmmmm it's the weirdest map ever! Totally different gameplay and evreything.......u have to see it to understand it (we played an 8 player match on it and it actually went pretty well)
