You need one so if you spam 3 lines in 10 seconds u get silenced

stops the:

spam,
spam,,
spam,,,

and also the

SHUT
THE
FUCK
UP
N00B

multiline keybinds which annoy the fuck outta me (you know who you are ;)) :)
