..while that guy who just so coincidentally had the same bike as you did, is now crying at home cause some fucker stole his bike and beat him up.

what u should do is put a little homing signal on the bike so you can track it and install a James Bond style ejecter seat...

Heh rage (not me ) you think that was lucky how about this... my bike got nicked on my daughters birthday 2001. It was left in our garden for about 10 minutes.

This bike is one of a kind unique bike, why? 'cos it's fully customised. It's a ClaudButler Carabo (Mountain Bike 22 1/2 inch frame). if ne1 doesn't know it's polished alloy all over.

My adjustments :-

multi coloured brake outer cable (not available to buy nowadays),

polished red alloy handle bars, yellow headset, black / orange tires,

red airline rear rim,

polised purple alloy bottle holder,

and yellow grips...

and gave it front suspension

so basically it's a multi coloured bike... pretty unique.

In august just gone i chased a man to my local supermarket who was riding it. Called the police etc.. as i reported it stolen to them, but the police were having trouble finding my incident no. so he said ' Is there any other way you can say that this bke is def. yours?' so i stood there for a sec and said. ' IF the front inner tube has not been replaced, the colour of the inner tube will be pink because it's an old special extra thick inner tube'. The police looked at the suspect and said 'Is it ok to check it?' The suspect replied 'Sure, because i have just bought it off a mate... etc... so he didn't even know what it was like'

So he undid the multi coloured quick release and let down the tire and then removed it, and low and behole a pink extra thick inner tube'

So i have my bike back after 1 1/2 years and i'm getting fit again.

The best bit of the whole story tho. is. the bloke lived 1 house number away from me (which i will disclose for the fear of lynx harassing me ! But after giving my description of my bike... HELP!! :p )

wow, us rages have a feeling for crime-solving :p

When I was at school I had a mountain bike that was getting a bit old, and I wanted a new 1...so i got a dodgy m8 at school to steal it. I then got a new bike on my parents insurance .
I then fell out with the guy that nicked it and he started bullying meh
A couple of days later, my new spangly bike got stolen, so I called teh police, told them i thought it was him and they went round to his house and found my old bike but not the new 1.
He then told the police THE TRUTH about the first bike, that i had asked him to steal it...which I denied, and he got arrested anyway.

He then grassed up a couple of local drug dealers so he got let off....

He then got the living sheeite kicked out of him, and left town.
