Kids playing MP2 have moved Max (the lead character) into a position so that the hooker [i think](the woman pictured, and semi-mid-main character) looks like she is performal oral entertainment for Mr Payne.
Though it should be noted that it looks nothing like that, for anyone unsure of what oral relations entail.
I think that should do it. For further inquires, ask your parents.

Max Payne 2 was a great game, I'm playing it through for the third time (dead on arrival, man it's a bitch to get through).

If Mike's survived til the end, I usually kill him before I go in to save Vlad. I do this because it means I don't have to kill him later when he wants ME dead. :p
