im gonna try what twig said, if i just left it open the whole time, then people would just abuse that and wouldn't even play...i've replaced the windows with bars and it looks better imo, i just gotta do something now with those textures. i'll hopefully have another beta up tonight if all goes well.
Scotteh, do you photoshop for your radar? If so, I'll write a short tutorial on alpha channels. Its easy and only 2 extra minutes work in photoshop and less work in unrealed. Alpha channels make the radar look better in my opinion.
P.S. - I'll wait for your next beta to put up on the server since you think it's close. Anyhow the server hasn't been empty yet to add it.

this might increase the framerate a tad. but why not -maybe- add a few other buildings floating outside just like the on your playing in, only no windows to look just the beams aruond it so people understand what they are in without havnig to be outside completely. i like the map
a bit of fixed lighting so its got more mood to flow with the storm outside. and some better texures for the walls and it'll be pretty rockin i think'

U allways come with FPS Twig... and to tell the Truth... u bore me with it... U are talking about even less Poligons then in UT1... Every Detail... If a map is well done, there is no problem with the FPS... íNot need to fear Scotteh... just make it... and if there will be FPS problems... U can still get them outta the map! So just do what Inphidel and I said. Give it a Try!
twig: ya i made the radar in ps, but i always have trouble when making alpha layers so if you could make that tutorial on how to import them, that would be a great help to me.
inph: i like the idea of having mountains outside and having buildings on top, ill work on that.

Deathball's performance is below that of UT2003. Playing volley only online requires a certain performance level otherwise you can't volley the ball and what fun is that. Everyone's computer is different. A deathball level designer must pay close attention if the map will be playable to the majority.

DB-Blue Ridge. I used them for the "access denied" and "goal" signs. The normal texture one is to block the "access denied" after a goal. They are located behind the goals.
A hint: I used scripted triggers for the taunts and in Devil's Arena for the goal explosions. I plan on using the shock combo effect for my next map's goal effect and if they ever fix the Physics volume bug, I'll use the actor to make the ball explode and reset when it hits a fan. Lots on neat things are possible with scripted triggers.

Hpw can u say anything like this, even if u havent seen any of my maps so far? huh? U think u are the biggest mapper here? Maybe u don't say this, but sometimes That comes throught my Monitor...
The only man around the block, who can speak bout real Mapping knowladge, is DavidM, and Tonnberry. Now those guys can level design... but U.... U make 1 map/ week, and those maps don't give anything new... just the same all the time, with some changes, but nothing Seriusly new... Cmon m8... try to use your imagination a bit more
I just told Scotteh, to give that Dteail a Try, since that would make the map good... And u come with FPS again... don't argue with u, I don't like arguing. U can be helpful, I think all should be helpful... but allways coming With FPs... cmon m8... u haven't even seen how the map would go with that stuff Inphidel came up with. Chill out... and let us see how the map will go with them. Three smaller mountains... with those Static Meshes... would be no problem... I think the map would still have a betetr FPS thenSC does... and that is mostly a volley only map, and u know that

But I never Have, and I don't have problems with FPS.... but i won't argue with u, since I never wanted to hurt you, and I never wanna, but I just told u something small and u are talking as if there is a war between us... well... if there is...
