Nice one!

Also I noticed that the player height stays on the middle radar when a player dies...I thought it was odd that I could see a height number, but no player...Then I realised he was dead!

when i make a wallpass from near i always catch it...

but then i c ballbreaker for example who has a better ping than me and he can volley it :x

in lan it works fine but online i have to wait for my ping :mad:

1 thing...not a bug fix, but kinda....

I think that the radius of the alt-fire bounce should be the same as the volley-radius, or at least a bit bigger than it is...at the moment it seems smaller than the catch radius.

/me luves teh bounce.

And...are u ever gonna fix the "sucky-volley" or was that intentional?

I dunno if it's me, but i ONLY can do that through UT2003.exe (for normal and db games). If i try to do it through deathball.exe (or whatever it is :) ), it doesn't seem to work. When I type 'open 'ip' ' in the Deathball console, it only shows a black screen with the ip on, and nothing happens.

I haven't ever seen anyone 'reconnect to defend', so I don't get why you would have to 'fix' that.

Last but not least, I also seem to get a message 'Unable to connect, server is full' (or something like that, you know what I mean), when I try to reconnect on a full server. On a server for 10 with, e.g. 9 people, I'm able to reconnect cause there's this one free spot I connect to, but when 10 players are on, I get the message I described above. I don't know if it's me and I can't remember if it has been diffrent before, but it's quite annoying, especially in DBL games =)

i've got that too now, only when i formatted my C: a few months ago it disappeared...for a few weeks. reinstalling the game doesnt help, i can only use the ingame browser, favorites list and buddy list to join now :'(

I have seen it quite a few times tbh...and it sux...it IS quicker for most people to reconnect than to boost back.

Weird, I have exactly the same but opposite in that the db exe works, and the ut2k3 exe gives me the problems you get

This is because rather than closing your connection and then reconnecting, the ut2k3 reconnect command opens a new connection FIRST, and then closes your old one, causing you to be rejected on a full server.

To fix this use disconnect|reconnect as a reconnect bind (instead of just the command 'reconnect'). This will close your old connection to the server first.

Jero, small change \o/ its called Touchdown not Homerun. Homerun should be awarded if you score from your own half. Please the reference is totally wrong.

Homerun has already been changed to Touchdown last I heard :s

- You can now score with a touchdown in volley only games


Make own goals always count \o/

edit: ooh and make the setshortname command work outside the game, so in the menu too!

Right now setshortname <name> only works when ur in-game :s

There is no weapon switch at all anymore. I'll say it once more: we have a completely different weapon, don't post issues regarding it until a public beta has been given out and you have experienced new problems.

That means you shud be able to score own goals with shots when volley only is on.
