Started 1.1 - Didnt get into it and forgot about it, came back at 1.4 and it was way more fun

played 0.9 offline with bots

then began playin online since 1.5 or 1.6, dunno =/

i started around 1.1 then /me got fed up because of a total shit computer :O

wanted to start playing at 0.9, got UT2k3 around 1.2 and got hooked

I played from 0.9 to around 1.4 with a voodoo3 3000. Can anyone say 512x384 at 15fps in db-november? yummy.

tbh i couldnt be arsed to d/l db until 1.4b which was when i started and it ruled

I started at 1.4(a) and got instantly hooked...

I didn't care about the messed up volley buisness cause
a) I probably didn't know how to volley and
b) I didn't know the game to be any different.

I remember playing on tribun for my first game and saying "OMG, I have GOT to get good at this game!"

Even now I still find myself saying that

I started at 1.0 and every version had some good and less good features, imo

was playing there once continously for 8 hours or so untill i got disconnected by isp, then reconnected and played a few hours more :>
