You can never make anyone happy with a map. Best you can do is, keep the amount of complaining people as low as possible :)
Stop begging, Curve will stay as it is (I only fixed the nasty lighting for 2.0)

How about if I tell u now that most people prefered the old 1? ;)

'Cos people have only ever played cube in the last 9 months ;):D

^^that's why I haven't complained yet, cos I haven't played it since 1.9

The main reason I liked curve was that u had to be more inventive than, long pass upfield ->wall-pass -> volley goal ... now, guess what, it's wall-pass city /o\

I always thought DB-Curve was the best deathball map. I didn't mind the cages nor do I mind the wall. The orginial lighting was best and it seems that will return. The end walls could use a little detail to better fit the theme and the map need some blocking volumes at the top of the walls. DB-Curve with the orginial lighting is a very good map.

Ehm yes? And how does this thread help you in this discussion? I posted there to say that no one is allowed to modify my maps and release them.
It should be clear to any mapper out there that you're not allowed to touch other peoples work without permission. Unfortunately it's not.
