Not sure, All we did was try to get through this level.....

I think they are part of the level ... I'm not sure if we're meant to eliminate them though, or if we only need to survive them.

Come to think of it, if I wouldn't have joined this team for solving this level, I were less than I am now.
I got my power of being able to send self-healing energy to people in this level.
