Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomatoe. Put a little mayonaisse on the toasted bread and some american cheese. Very good.

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic, peeled
2 to 3 pinches of kosher salt
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro or parsley
1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
kosher salt to taste
black pepper to taste

can also use sour cream along with the buttermilk.
