Yesterday...
Ghana were great. I like the Czech Republic and hope they do well, but Ghana just excelled. It's a shame that they didn't even attempt to comply to the offside rule after their 2nd goal. It got to the point where it was funny to watch... they were dominating but they couldn't get the ball to that last man!
Well Brazil won in the end , but there still seems to be some problems. Their chances on winning another cup are looking slim atm, but things can always change
Australia played well, I would still like to see them go through !
Ouch. The ball clearly crossed the line. After their goal France just didn't bother trying till South Korea scored. Fair play to South Korea, they never gave up (including their fans).
Their fans were great (i was in stadium). I think the number of fans was like 50/50 between france and korea, but the disposition was 90% on koreas site. So i was very happy after the 1-1 :p
It was over the line !! First really bad call from any ref in this cup so far, I mean there have been a few harsh bookings and a few non bookings but ..... should have been 2:1 to France!
Togo should have had at least one penalty. They were no threat in the second half though. Anyone else notice the deflection off the Togo player's foot for Switzerland's second? Maybe an own goal as it was going wide otherwise.

Ukraine have redeemed themselfs , after their last performance against Spain. Not sure if that's a sign of how strong Spain are or just that Ukraine were only warming up They owned this game anyway !!
