well almost anything will do aslong as there wont be any holes in it where it can escape from. like plastic or something.

Well ... I'm not sure about these things, but could you take a simple room and make it isolated by applying some sealing material?

that would be possible as long as we would be sure that the room is really air proof after closing the holes we can see.
