6 v 6 would only work if boosting was removed... which isn't gonna happen

People could learn how to do the double boost trick.. i'm sure some know how to do it. takes timing and practice, but its worth it for offensive players. basicly. one person ahead of another, he stops looks forward at an angle. the man behind runs at an angle torward him and jumps and fires, now its important to not fire to early. beacuse the guy who is looking forward at an angle jumps and fires just as he comes into range. if you did it right. you both get boosted. no one is left behind...

a could of us were practicing it one late night. its pretty keen to do.

lol planning that and setting it up takes longer than just boosting back ;)

Basically, every time I see someone that's gonna come flying over, I double boost him :) almost always works perfectly unless you're doing way too many things.

Works both on O and as sweep for me, boosting back and boosting up.

And yeah, why have people gone so lazy as to practically forget boosting back :x

Most O these days also just expect their def or keep to save it, and can't help sticking around the mid-line..and sometimes without noticing, there will be 2 attackers left in the center of the field =\

gg start defending :o

It does?

*look at radar*

*see incoming flyer*

*hit him as he goes past*

ah well i guess i shouldn't have said doubleboost :P its already a used term. as ska called it 'leet boost' hhah.

its not that hard to setup tho. its only a lil harder then normal boost. if you fail to do it right. it ends up just being a normal boost anyway. so its worth the practice.. it can be done moving if you and a player can run side by side and boost at the same time same effect. its easiest tho if you say as soon as you connect bodys and jump you both boost.

double boost is piss easy and even faster if it takes longer to setup. should be used for attacking and boosting back.
sweepers should be boosted to attack too if it works. static sweeping is out, you need to take the double boost opportunity and just boost your def to the enemy box and pass to him.

but it takes no time at all to setup actually. it only takes time with people who dont understand the system.

Absolutely. I got double boosted once into a great attacking position and someone, who shall remain nameless, gave me a ticking off saying I lacked discipline and shouldn't have left defence. He was wrong but wouldn't listen to reason. If two teammates are behind me to boost me then surely one can cover whilst I'm on a rare trip into the enemy half...:p

Agree to non-static sweeper ... but you need some (at least 1) guys who stay back when you get boosted or you will leave an uncovered offender standing there :>
(sounds easy but it's really complicated for some dudes :( )

Also had that different double boost idea but imo a normal boost is more effective and faster especially since you don't need all 4 guys back in your half when their sweeper stays back.
