Is there any way to have more that 1 set of settings for it, so like u could have different game types of BB. Like Instaexplosion, and then also where u have a couple of seconds? That would be awsome. Then it would be like haveing BombBall and Gibball. And then it could be voted in as a game type instead of having to change the setting all the time. Thats a pain.

Well i guess i can add a gametype for it.
But in the meanwhile you can change the vote to this:

If you can change some of the configuration values on the fly, that might be possible. As it is though, it's a mutator, and there's no way to vote up different settings for it. As Rens said, as a gametype, no problem.
UT2Vote admins - Just make this mute available in the normal way for dynamic loading/unloading of the serverpackages:

Working on a visual indicator that shows the other players how much time the ball carrier has left (color changes from green to red)
Btw, can't seem to fix the damn rotation on the xEmitter

Anything playable yet? We're digging the mute, but the keeper rape with bouncing attackers is a little much.
